We are the specialists who can handle a very wide range of these situations where there either isn’t time, it isn’t cost-efficient, etc to list it with a realtor. So anyway, it all starts with a motivated and/or distressed seller who need to sell their house fast so the traditional route just won’t work for their needs. This is where we specialize & shine as we can complete this process very quickly, often in as little as a week or so with no inspectors, no appraisals, no waiting on banks, no need to repair anything or clean the place up for showings, etc. The seller is then free & clear and able move on.

Next, these properties almost always need some time of major work, repairs, remodeling, cosmetic updates, etc. This begins a chain reaction of our being able to provide opportunity/work for a wide range of specialists such as contractors, plumbers, electricians, roofers, inspectors, landscapers, masons, painters, and more.
